  • For customers in Hanoi: Delivery time ranges from 21–25 days depending on the type of goods ordered.

  • For customers in other provinces: Delivery time ranges from 21–27 days.

In case of delays exceeding three (3) days beyond the estimated delivery time, we will promptly inform the customer and issue a 15% voucher for the next purchase.

Shipping Documents:

  • To ensure the safety of goods, cowboy-wear.com will include a valid invoice or delivery note (if available) in the shipment. This serves as proof for handling complaints, such as determining the market value of the goods and ensuring legal circulation. Therefore, the logistics provider is not responsible for providing shipping documents during delivery.
