Return and Refund Policy

This policy is applied for The Buyer/Receiver, Seller, and Shipper while solving the problem from the Buyer
 

1.  Condition to return:

 

The Buyer agreed that they only can request to return in the following cases:
 

-          The Buyer paid by the valid method on our website, but still did not receive the goods after 1 week from the estimated time, or did not receive enough quantity as the order.

-          The Buyer receives goods that are different from the order (such as color, material, size).

-          The Buyer receives goods in bad condition (such as the opened package, the goods cannot be used, defective products, broken…).

-          The Buyer changes their demand and want to change to the other products

In this case, the buyer is only allowed to change to another product, not return money (important note: return the goods with all accessories, invoice, label,  with condition the goods is still undamaged, full box, unused when receiving from the shipper).
 

-          The Buyer and Seller discuss and agree to return.

-          The Buyer can send a request to return within 2 days from the receipt date. After this time, the Seller will not accept any claim from the Buyer.

-          Buyer must supply a recorded video while unboxing in case of any claim.

-          All return and exchange requests must be made on our website.

 

 2.      The right of the Seller:
 

-          Time to feedback: 3 days from the date receive the client’s request

-          Process to solve the claim: The Buyer will check the unboxed video sent by the

Buyer, consider the solution, and will give feedback to the Buyer through email or SMS or discuss on the website’s message.
 

-          The Seller will not accept a return or refund if the goods are unpacked and used, damaged, no box, without label or enclosed accessories as shipped before, no video or picture from Buyer.

-          The Seller will return after receiving the full package from the Buyer.
 

4.      Request to return product:
 

-          The Buyer must record a video upon receipt, and repack for future complaint.

-          The returned goods must be with all accessories, invoice, label, with condition the goods are still undamaged, full box, and unused when receiving from the shipper
 

3.      Cost to return goods:
 

-          The shipping cost will occur and be paid by the Buyer (depending on the claim)

-          Extra cost will be paid by the Buyer if exchanged to the other product with higher value.
 

4.      Refund (money):
 

-       The Seller will refund after receiving the full package from the Buyer.

-       Money will be returned to the payment account.

-       Time to return money: it depends on the following payment methods:
 

  • Cash on delivery/Internet Banking/Bank transfer/Napas domestic card: within 72 hours

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 days (depend on the bank)
