The Buyer is obliged to pay for the goods and accept delivery in accordance with the agreement.
The Buyer must comply with the agreed payment methods and perform payment in the order and procedures agreed upon by the parties and as prescribed by law.

The Buyer shall remain liable for payment in cases where the goods are lost or damaged after the risk has been transferred from the Seller to the Buyer, except where the loss or damage is caused by the Seller, in which case exchange/return shall apply (see Return and Refund Policy).

- Obligation to Accept Goods
Corresponding to the Seller’s obligation to deliver goods, the Buyer is also obliged to accept the goods and act in good faith to facilitate the Seller’s delivery at the agreed time and place or as prescribed by law.

- Obligation to Inspect Goods
The Buyer must inspect the goods, or ensure that inspection has been carried out, within three (3) days from the date of receipt.

Please carefully read the Inspection Policy.

- Obligation of Notification
Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller of any claims or lawsuits by third parties related to intellectual property rights violations, changes to the delivery address, or any force majeure events affecting the performance of the contract by both parties.

- Obligation to Ensure Intellectual Property Rights of Goods
The Buyer is obliged to ensure that the goods subject to the contract do not infringe intellectual property rights in cases where the Buyer orders goods and requires the Seller to manufacture such goods based on specific drawings, formulas, or detailed specifications.
