Product Checking Policy

Buyers must record a video upon receiving the package and re-pack the product completely if they wish to file a complaint later.

Customers are allowed to open the package and check the items before making payment.

Please check the quantity, color, size, and condition of the product upon receipt.

Customers are allowed to try on the product directly.

Customers may refuse to accept the order if:
• The product is incorrect in style, size, or color.
• The product is defective, torn, stained, or has broken accessories.

• If the product matches the order and has no defects → please accept and complete the payment.
• The shop supports size/color exchange within X days if stock is available (customers cover two-way shipping costs).
• Defective products caused by the shop/manufacturer will be exchanged free of charge.
